1. Overview

This diet plan focuses on three remedies: detoxification, the increase of body’s natural resistance to disease and stimulating the production of brain chemicals that provides a good general condition. This diet is not recommended to be adopted as a daily diet and should be followed up three to four times a year. Its purpose is to eliminate extra weight in just seven days.

How it works
First day of this diet plan will be quite difficult because it will drink only fruit juice and yogurt. Calories consumed for each day will vary from 800 calories to 1300 calories. This diet will include foods with a low fat content and high concentration of fruit and vegetables that will help increase the level of vitamins and minerals in the body. The result will be not only an enviable health and a beautiful silhouette but also a glowing and bright skin!

What type of persons is the target for this diet?
Diet plan is aimed at people who approve of eating fruits and vegetables and want to detoxify their body. Including vegetarians can follow this diet, noting that the meat can be substituted with tofu or soy.

Large amount of fruits and vegetables involved in this diet plan can be costly and some meals take time to prepare. Can occur including headaches due to this intense process of detoxification.

2. Foods that are included in the diet plan

Food plan may include:
- Fruit – any fruit: fresh, frozen, dried or canned in natural fruit juice. Recommended are: apples, bananas, pears, oranges, grapefruit, raisins, pineapple, mango, kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, nectarines, peaches, melons, etc.;
- Fresh fruit juices or smoothies – these will be homemade and will be consumed quickly. Is indicated to consume they unsweetened;
- Vegetables – will eat any vegetable, fresh, frozen or canned in water (without added salt). Can be eaten: onions, carrots, cabbage, peppers, mushrooms, sweet corn, peppers, leeks, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.;
- Beans and lentils – your menu will include beans (green, pinto, dry) and lentils, whether they are dried or canned in water;
- Tofu and soy;
- Oats – sprinkle it over fresh fruit or will be used for porridge, sweetened with honey and fresh fruit;
- Potatoes – all kinds;
- Brown rice;
- Rye crackers, rice cakes;
- Fresh fish – cod, mackerel, salmon, lobster, crab, trout, tuna, mullet;
- Unsalted nuts – peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios;
- Unsalted seeds – sunflower, pumpkin;
- Popcorn without salt or sugar;
- Yogurt with probiotics;
- Extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar;
- Garlic, ginger and fresh herbs;
- Ground black pepper;
- Honey;
- At least two liters of water per day;
- Herbal or fruit teas.

3. Foods that should be avoided

During this diet will not eat:
- Red meat, chicken, turkey and meat products such as sausages, burgers and pate;
- Milk, cheese, eggs, cream;
- Butter, margarine;
- Any food that contains wheat;
- Chips and salty snacks including salted nuts fruit;
- Chocolate, sweets, jam and sugar;
- Processed foods, sauces;
- Alcohol;
- Coffee, tea;
- Sauces, pickles, salads prepared with commercially prepared mayonnaise;
- Salt;
- Fizzy drinks and nectar, including unsweetened ones.

4. One day detox plan

For breakfast detox plan
At breakfast can be chosen these types of foods or food types:
- Mashed banana and oats;
- Pureed with yogurt, bananas and raisins, sweetened with honey;
- Fruit salad with yogurt and oatmeal;
- Fresh fruit salad with natural yoghurt and oats;
- Fresh fruit puree;
- Pureed with fresh fruit, yogurt and honey;
- Yogurt with muesli;
- Muesli of oats, seeds, nuts and dried fruits mixed with natural yoghurt.

Detox plan for lunch
Lunch can be served:
- Vegetable soup;
- A large bowl of vegetable or lentil soup;
- Tuna and sweet corn, potatoes and salad;
- Potato with tuna (canned in water), corn and natural yogurt served with salad;
- Mediterranean salad with rice cakes;
- Rice cakes with avocado, tomato, fresh basil and black pepper;
- Unsalted nuts;
- Guacamole;
- Guacamole with avocado, lemon juice, green chili, tomatoes and garlic served with vegetables;
- Tzatziki with vegetables;
- Tzatziki of natural yoghurt, garlic, cucumber and lemon juice served with vegetables and greens;
- Avocado and shrimp salad;
- Fresh avocado served with prawns, salad, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice;
- Potato with grilled cod;
- Grilled cod fillet with boiled potatoes and vegetables.

Detox plan for dinner
For dinner are recommended:
- Chinese vegetables cooked in wok – mix more vegetables (onions, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, beans) in a little olive oil with garlic and ginger. Will be served with a bowl of brown rice;
- Baked salmon with boiled potatoes – will bake salmon fillet and will be seasoned with potatoes and steamed vegetables;
- Tuna and prawns with noodles – will fry several types of vegetables (onions, mushrooms, peppers, zucchini and leeks) in a little olive oil. Once browned slightly, it will add a handful of prawns. It will cook it for a few minutes, will add tomatoes or canned tomato broth, black pepper and tuna canned in water. Mixture will boil until the sauce will thicken. Will be served with rice;
- Sweet and sour sauce with rice – will fry finely chopped vegetables (onions, peppers, corn, mushrooms) and add canned pineapple, canned tomatoes and tomato sauce, white wine vinegar and honey. It will boil the mixture until the sauce will thicken. Will serve with cooked brown rice;
- Potatoes and beans – will fry several types of vegetables (onions, carrots, parsnips and garlic) in a little olive oil. When everything is golden brown, the potatoes cubes will be added and will allow them to fry a few minutes. Sprinkle some black pepper on this composition and mix it with beans. Mixture will boil in water until the water drops.

Snacks detox plan
Among the snacks to be taken between meals could be included:
- Natural yoghurt mixed with honey;
- Popcorn without sugar and salt;
- Unsalted seeds and nuts.
