Diet involved in this program has a high protein content. It is recommended for those who want and need to use supplements to ensure their bodies are provided with an optimum amount of protein.

Nutritional plan involves eating six meals a day, small quantity, starting with complex carbohydrates in the morning. The role of small meals is to maintain stable energy levels by avoiding sudden increase in insulin, which is common after a person eats more food at one meal and avoid triggering hunger that occurs when the body is deprived of food for a long period of time.

This diet involves a low consumption of chicken, fish and lean red meat throughout the day. Complex carbohydrates are recommended as potatoes, brown rice, fruits, etc. Vegetables can be eaten in large quantities because they are rich in nutrients and are relatively low in calories.

Author of this diet proposes alternative solutions and prices for meals menu, and does not offer a strict menu. He recommends that each meal is composed of a serving of protein about the size and thickness of a palm, garnished with vegetables. One meal per day should not exceed 40-50% protein, 40-50% carbohydrates and the amount of animal fat will be as low as possible.

Those who engage in this program must do exercise constantly. Physical activity will take place over 45 minutes, three times a week. In addition, it will be at least 20 minutes of cardio three days a week.

The sixth day of the week is a day of complete freedom: it won’t include exercise and are allowed to eat anything. The aim of cumulative effect of this aggressive approach is to stimulate metabolic activity, burn fat (and thus decrease the number of calories) and build muscle.
