There are many healthy E’s that contain healthy nutrients for a good health.

Vitamin C – E300

It functions as a natural antioxidant additive and for enhancer bread. E300 is part of the composition of various foods including smoked meat, frozen fish, breakfast cereals and wine.

It helps the body burn more fat during training, stimulates health and conjunctive tissue resistance and contributes to increased tone of blood vessels, improves blood circulation, protects the body from free radicals, increases the absorption of iron from food, reduces the amount of histamine released in the body and stimulates the immune system.

Vitamin B2 – E101

Vitamin B2 is also known as the riboflavin, being used as food coloring. Vitamin B2 helps reduce migraine frequency and severity. In addition to all these it is essential for normal thyroid function and metabolism, helps maintain healthy hair (it combats oily hair by regulating the production of sebum), protects cells from the negative effects of oxygen.

Curcumin – E100
Curcumin is a substance in turmeric root with the color of galbanum and is used as a natural food coloring. It has been shown that this substance has anti-inflammatory effects and is able to alleviate specific symptoms of psoriasis and eczema, has strong anti-cancer properties and can significantly reduce the number of colon polyps.

Anthocyanins – E163

Anthocyanins are used as natural food coloring. Anthocyanins are part of the dairy composition, jellies, sweets, pickles, soft drinks and vegetable soups. E163 is usually extracted from the skin of grapes and red cabbage.

E163 helps prevent cellulite and wrinkles, contributing to the health of collagen matrix. It also stimulates the overall health of the cardiovascular system, improves rheumatoid arthritis due to its strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Lycopene – E160d

Thanks to its deep red color, it is a commonly used food coloring. Lycopene for commercial use is extracted from tomatoes. Supposedly lycopene is beneficial for protecting skin from harmful ultraviolet radiation of the sun, helping to control seizures induced by asthma, but it also has anti-cancer properties.

Lutein – 161b

Lutein is used as a food coloring in food composite and is extracted from marigold petals. It seems that lutein protects the eye health from oxidative stress and it reduces the risk of triggering cataracts caused by aging, support healthy skin and prevents wrinkles by increasing skin hydration, elasticity and lipid levels. In addition to all these it also helps maintain cardiovascular health.
