2. The lymphatic system

The lymphatic system is a network of vessels (pipes) and organs acquiring and transporting waste from cells and nutrients. This is a filtration system that includes lymph nodes, bone marrow, tonsils, spleen, thymus and certain areas of the gut (Peyer plaques).

They produce immune system cells circulating around the body in the lymph fluid. The lymphatic system functions as a filter by removing bacteria, microorganisms and dead cells. Detoxification is important because it supports the immune system in fighting disease.

6-10 liters of fluid circulation of the lymphatic system is driven by a pump (as occurs in heart) but depends on muscle movement and breathing. This is why the exercise and deep breathing are extremely important.

Lymph fluid toxins can be thickened by not consuming enough fluids and if not do enough exercise. There are various ways through which the lymph nodes can be stimulated, such as certain massage techniques.

Among special massage techniques include massage for lymphatic drainage. Lymphatic detoxification can be done by using a light beam generator.

Rebounding is a form of exercise that helps improve lymphatic flow and reduce the lymphatic congestion. This is an excellent way to exercise at home when a person does not have time to go to the gym.

For 2-3 days eat only fruit and vegetable juices. Avoid juices found in supermarkets and citrus consumption, as they may aggravate some conditions. Bananas are not recommended either because high starch content.

Bowel is stimulated by eating seeds that will be swallowed up every morning with a glass of water. It will start the day with a glass of warm water and juice resulting from half a lemon. You can add a little sweetener.

At breakfast drink some juice of carrots, celery and parsley which will add a clove of garlic. Throughout the day you must drink fresh juices. The goal is to drink 200-250 ml of vegetable juice 8 times per day.

To prepare drinks are recommended celery, carrots, cabbage, beets, and leafy greens such as lettuce, spinach, watercress and parsley. They can be sweetened with a green apple juice.

For these juices you can use any fruit except bananas. Berries are even recommended, but should be avoided as clean citrus produced by them is more aggressive.

Drink water, tea, dandelion, chamomile tea or drinks that contain potassium, juices. This diet plan will help lymphatic drainage and fluid transport, elimination of toxins, waste and scrap of tissue and cells, improving overall health.
