Prozac and Wellbutrin need to be taken in the exact amount prescribed by your physician. Take these drugs with a full glass of water and remember not to stop taking these drugs without the knowledge of your physician. Special Precautions When Taking Prozac vs. Wellbutrin

-          Weakness and body fatigue;

-          Allergic reaction to the drugs;

-          Fast heartbeat or Palpitations;
