Infusion of linden tea is prepared by adding 25 g of flowers in 250 ml of boiling water and 5 g of sodium bicarbonate. For the role sedative infusion add 20 g of flowers in one liter of hot water. Drink a cup after dinner and one before bedtime.

Linen leaf bath will be prepared from 500 g to 3 liters of water plant. Bath will take up to 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 37 degrees C.
